From startup stack to scalable enterprise: building Memodo’s digital backbone
When Memodo expanded into the Dutch market, there was no IT infrastructure in place – just ambition, urgency, and the need to move fast without compromising future growth. From the ground up, we built Memodo NL’s digital foundation: scalable, connected, and ready for integration into the larger Memodo Group.
Following the success in the Netherlands, the collaboration evolved to the global level. We transitioned to enterprise architecture for the Memodo Group, helping redesign the IT landscape for scale and agility.

Laying the foundation: Designed and implemented the complete IT landscape for Memodo Netherlands, including middleware, HubSpot CRM, temporary ERP with WMS and finance modules, and a central data warehouse.
Architecting for scale: Developed a flexible, future-proof digital architecture designed to support seamless customer journeys and upcoming AI-driven use cases.
Migrating data with precision: The Dutch market was strategically integrated into the group’s global IT ecosystem, while select local systems, such as Finance, were retained to ensure operational fit and flexibility.
Enterprise architecture & middleware implementation: At group level, selected and implemented a smart Workato iPaaS solution to connect five key systems, including ERP, webshop, and Salesforce CRM, bringing modularity, agility and automation to the enterprise landscape.
